On 13 May 2024, I was delighted to co-chair the ICC Institute advanced level training on dispute boards in Nairobi prior to the ICC Africa conference.
It was amazing to share with 70 participants and the other speakers my experience as a dispute board member while international lenders require dispute boards mechanisms in African construction contracts for dispute avoidance.
